Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star guest service through check-in/check-out processes and concierge support
- Manage reservations using Opera property management system
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain meticulous records of guest communications
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera experience a plus)
- Valid California driver's license (if valet parking required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
