Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls.
- Verify patient information and update records in our database accurately.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Process payments and handle inquiries regarding services and hours.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
