Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Administrative: Process payments accurately and maintain detailed logs of daily activities.
- Brand Standards: Uphold the Grand Hyatt brand image and ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Demeanor: A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic proficiency with computers and property management software (PMS).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality is a plus.
