Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service is a plus.
