Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
