Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all guest interactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness
- Participate in cross-training to support various hotel departments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid Louisiana hospitality worker permit (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and passion for New Orleans culture
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
