Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service through check-in/out, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and inventory using PMS systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility presentation
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Train new team members on front desk protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and services
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Clean background check and drug screening required
