Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain pristine property standards through daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if transportation required)
- Food Handler's/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
