Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stay
- Manage room reservations, modify bookings, and optimize occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for daily operations reporting
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local services
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
