Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls and emails promptly using the hotel PMS.
- Assist with concierge services and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
