Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service during their stay.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
- Ensure the safety and security of all hotel premises and guests at all times.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
