Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the PMS.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via email.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and special requests.
- Process payments accurately and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with patience and a focus on resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel policies.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
