Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including handling reservations, payments, and key issuance.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process credit card transactions accurately and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and POS systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
