As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfect. Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Assist with mail services, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems for building safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
