Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications while maintaining accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling with precision
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby
- Collaborate with concierge and valet services for exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
