Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using Opera PMS, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Manage incoming reservations and phone inquiries with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Perform nightly security rounds and ensure the lobby, public areas, and restrooms are immaculate.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily reports at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
