Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations for chemical handling
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and coverage
- Uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service interactions
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure quality compliance
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Punctuality and reliability with consistent attendance
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
