Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration and payment processes are accurate.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a smile and a focus on problem-solving.
- Manage the hotelβs switchboard and email correspondence promptly.
- Assist with lobby cleanliness and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process daily housekeeping reports and ensure room readiness.
- Assist with the Night Audit duties during off-peak hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
