Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and reservation requests with exceptional customer service.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including lobby organization and safety inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or a related customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation management software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
