Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to update guest profiles, track room status, and process reservations.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest rooms meet our quality standards.
- Support the sales team by up-selling rooms and promoting hotel packages and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to stand and move around the hotel premises for extended periods.
