- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell room packages and amenities to maximize revenue
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
- Collaborate with night audit team for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
