Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property by monitoring access points and following security protocols.
- Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems (PMS).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but recommended).
