Your Key Responsibilities
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include:
- Greeting Guests: Welcoming visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Processing reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Front Office Management: Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and lobby, and managing the cash drawer accurately.
- Support Services: Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Managing reservations and answering the main telephone line professionally.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and verifying nightly audit reports.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations and responding to special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
