Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations, including front desk, security, and housekeeping coordination.
- Manage the Night Audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the late evening and early morning hours.
- Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff, conducting shift briefings and handovers.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and emergency protocols.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree is a plus.
