Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage phone calls and digital inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Assist with VIP services and special event coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
