Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and managing the visitor log.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve guest issues or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all facilities meet our high standards.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right entry-level candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
