- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering phones and scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
