As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with lobby maintenance, manage phone systems, and handle incoming mail and messages.
- Reservations: Support the reservations team by updating guest information and verifying booking details.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
