Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries regarding services, local attractions, and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, taxi arrangements, and event bookings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Process wake-up calls and manage room service orders.
- Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) with accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
