Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries regarding services, local attractions, and hotel amenities.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, taxi arrangements, and event bookings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
  • Process wake-up calls and manage room service orders.
  • Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) with accurate information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
