Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, handling inquiries, and managing reservations.
- Process payments and handle guest requests efficiently, resolving any issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are pristine.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area at all times.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Upsell room upgrades and local dining experiences to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
