Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments with accuracy
- Process payments and maintain secure financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage voicemail communications
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area recommendations
- Participate in daily shift briefings and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet operations)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
