Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently process arrivals and departures using our property management system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Guest Services: Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservations, modify existing bookings, and manage the availability of rooms.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between guests and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform daily administrative duties, including shift reports, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Local Knowledge: Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
