- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage room reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or retail
