Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room repairs
- Train junior housekeeping staff on procedures
- Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals
- Handle special guest requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies and elevators
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel housekeeping experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
