Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest questions regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, transferring messages promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system and handle cash handling and payments.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Assist guests with special requests and resolve any minor issues that may arise during their stay.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we strongly encourage entry-level candidates to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating software) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
