Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and routing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and update guest information in our property management system.
- Assist visitors with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and requests efficiently.
- Uphold the company's brand standards and professional code of conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
