In this role, you will be the face of our property, ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable stay. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is requiredβjust a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations and manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage voicemails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with luggage handling, provide directions, and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the lobby area, manage mail and packages, and assist with light clerical duties.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues professionally, escalating them to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior front desk experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Personality: A positive, outgoing, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (typing skills are a plus).
