What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, assisting with luggage and inquiries upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process reservations, verify guest information, handle payments, and issue room keys using property management systems (PMS).
- Phone and Email Management: Answer multi-line phones with a polite and professional demeanor, and respond to guest emails and messages promptly.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment, ensuring all common areas are presentable at all times.
- Guest Relations: Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office) is required; familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with our brand image.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
