Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive first impression.
- Guest Relations: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with patience and efficiency, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations accurately using property management software and handle payments securely.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail distribution, wake-up calls, and general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Information Desk: Provide guests with accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
