Responsibilities
- Welcoming Guests: Provide a professional and warm greeting to all visitors, clients, and employees entering the building.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems with a friendly tone, screen calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, distribute packages, and manage the reception area with high organization.
- Information Desk: Assist visitors with directions and provide general information about the company and local area.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with staff members for meeting arrivals.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and waiting areas at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eager learners who are ready to be trained.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
