Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and professionally at all times.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates and loyalty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
