Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room key distribution.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain the daily bank deposit.
- Assist with mail sorting, package deliveries, and general administrative tasks.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
