Responsibilities

- Assist guests with luggage, local directions, and recommendations to enhance their stay experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn hotel software systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified entry-level applicants.
