As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and managing room keys.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Reception Duties: Maintain the front desk area, including managing the lobby, concierge services, and mail distribution.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and reservation software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
