Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key assignments efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training is provided for the right candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
