Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Maintain immaculate standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation standards, and brand guidelines
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
