Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and politely.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and urgency to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using Point of Sale systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
