Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a smile.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and local attractions.</li><li>Process payments accurately and securely, ensuring all billing information is up to date.</li><li>Address guest complaints or concerns immediately and escalate complex issues to the management team with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, and concierge services to enhance their stay.</li><li>Update guest profiles and maintain the Property Management System (PMS) with current information.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.</li><li>Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or hotel PMS software (training provided).</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.</li><li>Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in English is required.</li></ul>
