Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly at the front desk and managing check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest inquiries via email or chat with professionalism.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assisting with guest requests, including room service, concierge services, and local recommendations.
- Processing payments and handling cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
