Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process using hotel management software.
- Managing the front desk operations, including answering phones, taking reservations, and responding to guest inquiries via email and in-person.
- Handling guest complaints and requests efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assisting with room assignments, billing, and processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Upselling hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
